TISA Insurance Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by TISA Insurance Limited, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “TISA” or “the Promoter”, Port Vila, Vanuatu.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Vanuatu aged 18 years and over.
Employees of TISA Insurance and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 16 July 2026 and closes at 4:59pm Vanuatu time on 30 July 2026.
Entries received after the competition closes will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete the official competition entry form and provide:
* Full name
* Email address
* Mobile number
* Whether they are a homeowner
* Whether they are a vehicle owner
* Whether they have travel planned
* Whether they own commercial property
* Permission for TISA Insurance to contact them by email and phone
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or misleading entries may be deemed invalid.
No purchase is required to enter.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
Fourteen days of Bronze Travel Insurance cover for one adult travelling within the Pacific, Europe or Asia, excluding Japan.
The prize:
* Is valid for one adult only
* Provides cover for a maximum travel period of 14 consecutive days
* Is subject to the full terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, exclusions and limitations of the applicable TISA Insurance Travel Insurance policy
* Is not transferable or exchangeable
* Cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product
* Must be redeemed within the period advised by TISA Insurance
Any additional travellers, travel days, policy upgrades or additional cover requested by the winner will be at the winner’s own expense and subject to approval by TISA Insurance.
The winner must provide the information and documentation required by TISA Insurance before the policy can be issued.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place at 5:00pm Vanuatu time on 30 July 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the mobile number and/or email address provided on the entry form.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, TISA Insurance reserves the right to conduct another random draw.
7. Privacy Notice
By entering this competition, participants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they provide may be collected, stored and used by TISA Insurance for the purposes of:
* Administering and managing the competition
* Confirming the eligibility of entrants
* Contacting and verifying the winner
* Arranging and issuing the prize
* Contacting participants about their insurance needs
* Providing information about TISA Insurance products, services, promotions and offers
By selecting the relevant consent option on the entry form, participants give TISA Insurance permission to contact them by email and phone.
Participants may withdraw their marketing consent or unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in an email or by contacting TISA Insurance.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with TISA Insurance’s privacy practices and will not be sold to unrelated third parties.
TISA Insurance may disclose personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the competition, issue the prize or provide requested insurance services.
8. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition.
With the winner’s consent, TISA Insurance may publish the winner’s name and photograph on its website, social media channels or other promotional materials.
9. General Conditions
TISA Insurance reserves the right to:
* Verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants
* Disqualify any entrant who submits false or misleading information
* Disqualify entries that interfere with or misuse the entry process
* Amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary
* Substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
To the extent permitted by law, TISA Insurance will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
TISA Insurance’s decision regarding the competition, winner selection and prize eligibility is final.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
